Customs advice

Need advice on the clearance of goods or are you curious about what is involved in export or import via customs? Through extensive experience we know what to take into account. We can advise you on import and export, and if desired, we can also immediately provide the documents you need.

GOODS EXPORT

Whether it concerns an EX-A, T-1, T-2, or TIR-Carnet document, Himex takes care of the documents in-house, so that you have easy access to them. Himex is happy to give you advice on the preparation of these documents so that your goods flow will not be delayed at any customs authorities.

GOODS IMPORT

Himex can also be of service to you for importing to the Netherlands or Europe and for taking care of an import declaration (IM-A). We provide the documents you need and can advise you on import at customs by our experienced specialists.

TEMPORARY IMPORT OR EXPORT

Goods that you want to export or import temporarily must usually be sent by means of an ATA-Carnet and presented for inspection by customs. Himex has provided several projects and fairs where the goods were temporarily abroad and the costs were kept to a minimum.

DOCUMENTS OF ORIGIN

In order to prove the origin of your goods, a Certificate of Origin (CVO) or a EUR.1 document can be drawn up. Using this can be of great benefit to you or your customer with regard to import duties.
Thanks to a direct link with the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands, we are able to provide the documents quickly and correctly.
