Transport documentation Ukraine

Export documents are required when exporting goods to Ukraine. This can be done by means of an EX-A / T1 or TIR, depending on the wishes of the sender and receiver. Ukraine does not belong to the European Union and therefore no goods can be exported without this documentation. You need an export document. When the goods have a European origin, it is possible to provide you with a EUR1 or Certificate of Conformity. In both cases we will request a number of documents from you in order to be able to provide you with the correct documents.

A so-called PP number is required at the border. You can see this as a pre-clearance in Ukraine. The number states which goods are entering the country. This must be requested by the recipient in Ukraine from his/her customs agent locally (customs terminal) before the transport takes place.
